This category is for a piece of functional, sculptural or wearable glass art made mainly or entirely of glass. It must be your own original design, not using a kit, pattern or design from someone else, and must be your own creation. The item must be a clear expression of the Bellarine region's unique identity.
It will be judged using the following criteria: originality (uniqueness of design); sophistication (complexity of entry); technical execution (neatness, durability, use of colour etc); the clarity and relevance of the artist's statement of intention in relation to the Award focus; the quality of the display of the exhibit.  
 
1027  FGA  Functional Glass

This category is for a piece of functional glass art made mainly or entirely of glass. It must be your own original design, not using a kit, pattern or design from someone else, and must be your own creation.
It will be judged using the following criteria: originality (uniqueness of design); sophistication (complexity of entry); technical execution (neatness, durability, use of colour etc); attention to scale; the clarity and relevance of the artist's statement of intention; the quality of the display of the exhibit.  
 
1028  SGA  Sculptural Glass  
This category is for a piece of sculptural glass art made mainly or entirely of glass. It must be your own original design, not using a kit, pattern or design from someone else, and must be your own creation.
It will be judged using the following criteria: originality (uniqueness of design); sophistication (complexity of entry); technical execution (neatness, durability, use of colour etc); attention to scale; the clarity and relevance of the artist's statement of intention; the quality of the display of the exhibit.  
 
1029  WGA  Wearable Glass  .

This category is for a piece of wearable glass art such as jewellery, a beaded garment, clutch bag, etc. The item must be made mainly or entirely of glass. It must be your own original design, not using a kit, pattern or design from someone else, and must be your own creation
It will be judged using the following criteria: originality (uniqueness of design); sophistication (complexity of entry); technical execution (neatness, durability, use of colour etc); wearability (fit, movement, weight, safety etc); the clarity and relevance of the artist's statement of intention; the quality of the display of the exhibit.
